Rules and Regulations

  • School Timings:Students must arrive at school on time. Latecomers will not be allowed to enter without a valid reason and prior approval from the school authority.
  • Uniform and Grooming: All students must wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and maintain personal hygiene. Any deviation from the dress code requires prior permission.
  • School Dress Code Policy:
    1. Sunday & Monday:A blue-striped shirt paired with blue pants or a skirt.
    2. Tuesday & Wednesday:A white shirt paired with grey pants or a skirt.
    3. Thursday & Friday:Tracksuits.
    4. Hairstyle:Students must follow the hairstyle instructions provided by the school. Any unauthorized hairstyle is not permitted.
  • Attendance and Leave:Regular attendance is mandatory. Absence from school must be informed in advance with a written application from parents or guardians. Medical leave requires a doctor's certificate.
  • Discipline and Behavior:Students must respect teachers, staff, and fellow students. Misbehavior, use of foul language, bullying, and any form of misconduct will lead to disciplinary action.
  • Academic Responsibility: Students must complete and submit all assignments, homework, and projects on time. Negligence in studies will result in necessary corrective measures.
  • Assignment Policy:
    1. Assignments are a crucial component of the learning process and are assigned regularly to reinforce the concepts taught in the classroom.
    2. Students are required to complete and submit their assignments on time, adhering to the given deadline.
    3. All assignments will be checked and evaluated by teachers, with constructive feedback provided to the students.
    4. Parents are encouraged to monitor their child's assignments and ensure they are completed and submitted on time.
    5. Repeated failure to submit assignments on time may result in disciplinary action and negatively affect the student's overall academic performance.
    6. Students must complete assignments neatly and independently to foster self-discipline and responsibility.
  • Use of Electronic Devices: Mobile phones, smartwatches, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in school premises. If found, they will be confiscated and returned only to parents.
  • School Property: Students must take care of school property and infrastructure. The concerned student must compensate any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence.
  • Participation in Activities: Students are encouraged to participate in co-curricular and extracurricular activities as part of holistic education.
  • Prohibited Items: Chewing gum, sharp objects, and any form of harmful or distracting materials are not allowed in school.
  • Code of Conduct in Classrooms: Students must maintain silence and attentiveness in class. Disruptive behavior will lead to strict action.
  • Health and Safety: Students should maintain cleanliness and follow all health guidelines. In case of any illness or injury, they must report to the school nurse or administration immediately.
  • Transport Rules: Students using school transport must follow the transport guidelines, including proper behavior in buses and adherence to pick-up and drop-off timings.
  • Parental Involvement: Parents must attend parent-teacher meetings and actively participate in their child's educational progress.
  • Library Rules: Library books must be handled with care. Late submission or loss of books will result in a fine.
  • Examination and Evaluation: Cheating in exams or assessments is a serious offense and will lead to strict disciplinary actions, including possible disqualification from exams.
  • Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies, students must follow the instructions of teachers and school authorities to ensure safety.
  • Dismissal Policy: The school reserves the right to take strict action against students who fail to comply with the rules and regulations, including suspension or expulsion if necessary.
  • Changes to Rules: The school management holds the authority to amend these rules and regulations whenever necessary. All changes will be communicated in advance.
  • Fee Payment: School fees must be paid on time as per the fee structure provided by the school. Delayed payments may result in penalties or restrictions on student participation in school activities.
  • 12-Month Payment Policy: The annual school fee is divided into 12 monthly installments, which must be cleared regularly, regardless of school holidays or vacations.
  • Mode of Payment: Payments can be made through bank transfer, online payment, or at the school's accounts office during working hours.
  • Late Fee Charges: A late fee will be applicable for payments made after the due date. Repeated delays may result in further disciplinary action.
  • No Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable once paid, including if a student withdraws in the middle of the academic session.
  • Financial Assistance: Parents facing financial difficulties must formally communicate with the school administration in advance for any possible arrangements.
  • Clearance Requirement: All dues, including tuition fees, transport fees, and other charges, must be cleared before students are allowed to appear for final examinations or receive report cards.
  • Pass Criteria: Students must obtain a minimum of 35% in each subject to pass. Those failing to meet this requirement must appear for a re-examination.
  • Examination Schedule: Each academic year consists of four terminal examinations and four mid-term examinations. A special exam will be conducted specifically for Grade VIII, IX, and X students.
  • Mid-Term Exams: Mid-term examinations will follow an MCQ-based assessment model.
  • Marks Distribution: 10% of the marks obtained in the mid-term exams will be added to the respective terminal exams.
  • Exam Conduct:Students must adhere to all examination rules and maintain discipline during exams. Any form of cheating or malpractice will result in strict action.
  • Attendance for Exams:Students must be present for all exams. Absence without prior approval and a valid reason will result in zero marks for that exam.
  • Students must maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene at all times.
  • Hands should be washed regularly, especially before meals and after using the restroom.
  • Nails should be kept clean and trimmed, and uniforms must be neat and properly worn.
  • Students who are feeling unwell should stay home to prevent the spread of illness.
  • Parents must inform the school of the student's absence due to illness.
  • A medical certificate must be submitted upon return if required.
  • Any pre-existing medical conditions should be reported to the school nurse.
  • Students should bring nutritious meals and snacks to school.
  • Junk food, carbonated drinks, and excessive sweets should be avoided.
  • The school promotes awareness of healthy eating habits through workshops and activities.
  • Students must remain within the school premises during school hours unless permitted otherwise.
  • If a student needs to leave early, prior approval from the school administration and parental consent is required.
  • CCTV surveillance is in place for the safety of all students and staff.
  • The school enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward bullying, harassment, and discrimination.
  • Any form of physical, verbal, or cyberbullying must be reported immediately to a teacher or counselor
  • Strict disciplinary action will be taken against students involved in bullying.
  • Each class has a dedicated Viber group for communication between teachers and parents. Parents are kindly requested to join their respective class Viber group to stay updated on important announcements, assignments, events, and other school-related matters
  • Students must arrive on time for all classes, assemblies, and activities.
  • Regular attendance is crucial, and any absence must be justified with a valid reason.
  • All students must show respect to teachers, staff, and peers at all times.
  • Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated in classrooms or any school setting.

  • Areas like the library, study halls, and examination rooms must be kept silent for learning.
  • Students should avoid making loud noises in these areas and respect others' need for concentration.
  • Students must use the internet responsibly and for educational purposes only.
  • Accessing inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
  • Cyberbullying or misuse of technology will result in disciplinary action.
  • If students are provided with school-owned devices, they must be used solely for academic purposes.
  • Devices should be handled with care, and any damage must be reported immediately.
  • When participating in online lessons or school activities, students must maintain respectful language and behavior.
  • Digital classrooms and forums should be used constructively and professionally.
  • Regular parent-teacher meetings will be held to discuss students' progress and concerns.
  • Parents are encouraged to stay engaged in their child's academic journey
  • Students are encouraged to share their opinions about school activities and learning experiences through feedback forms or directly with teachers.
  • All students must check the notice board and school diary regularly for important announcements and updates
  • Failure to stay informed may result in missing critical information about school activities.
  • Students must use dustbins and avoid littering within the school premises.
  • Recycling and proper disposal of waste should be practiced.
  • Lights, fans, and other electrical devices should be turned off when not in use.
  • Water should not be wasted unnecessarily.
  • Students are encouraged to participate in tree-planting drives and environmental awareness programs.
  • Reducing plastic usage and promoting sustainability are school-wide objectives.
  • Active participation in extracurricular activities such as sports, music, arts, and drama is encouraged.
  • Students should balance academics with co-curricular engagements for holistic development.
  • Students can join clubs such as Literature, Science, Arts, or Technology based on their interests.
  • Club activities will be conducted regularly to enhance students' skills and creativity.
  • Students are encouraged to participate in inter-school and intra-school competitions, including sports meets, cultural events, and quizzes.
  • Representing the school in external competitions is an honor and should be done with responsibility.
